El Dr. Alfredo Aguillón Robles asumió la Secretaría Académica el 25 de mayo de 2004. A partir de entonces y hasta la fecha el Dr. Aguillón se ha encargado de regular, coordinar y reglamentar, los programas académicos a corto, mediano y largo plazo, en concordancia con los objetivos, misión y visión institucionales.
